How We Find Money
- We examine your paid invoices to determine volume and current unit pricing.
- We return to our office to evaluate your expenditures.
- We prepare concise and individualized recommendations that result in
savings or increased revenue.
- After we assist/coordinate implementation, we return to verify that vendor changes
have been made.
- We document all savings or revenue increases in our invoices - to the client’s satisfaction - before we are paid.
If the client allows us, we will pull invoices, make our own copies and refile the invoices. We do not expect nor anticipate that the client will prepare any schedules or worksheets. Our references will report that their involvement in the process was surprisingly minimal.
