How We Find Money
- We examine your paid invoices to determine volume and current unit pricing. We also review other financial records such as bank statements, billing reports and tax scrolls.
- We then return to our office to evaluate your expenditures and revenues.
- We next prepare concise and individualized recommendations that result in
savings, increased revenue or refunds/credits.
- After we assist/coordinate implementation, we return to verify that vendor changes
have been made.
- We document all savings or revenue increases in our invoices - to the client’s satisfaction - before we are paid.
We make this process as minimally invasive as possible. If the client allows us, we will pull invoices, make our own copies and refile the invoices. We do not expect nor anticipate that the client will prepare any schedules or worksheets. Our references will report that their involvement in the process was surprisingly minimal.
With our 100+ years of combined experience with various businesses, we know what to do and how to do it professionally, without interfering in your daily operations.
YOU, the client, make the final decision on whether to accept or reject our recommendations. Historically, 95% of our recommendations have been accepted and successfully implemented. And we are paid ONLY if we find money.
